He has extensive experience in developing powerful, inspiring leaders, highly engaged teams and leading sustainable performance, cultural and behavioural change programs.

Brian consults and partners with his clients in a highly interactive and engaging way. His approach is a blend of practical experience of leading edge concepts and principles, with a focus on real-time business issues to ensure relevance and ease of implementation. His elite sporting background sparked his interest in understanding the psychology, insights and behaviours that create results-driven, authentic and inspired leaders as well as healthy, high-performing cultures.

Brian has qualifications and accreditations in human behaviour, psychology, group facilitation, team dynamics and neuro science including the Leadership Circle and the LSI 360º feedback instruments. He is a member of the Institute of Learning Practitioners and the author of ‘Insight Essentials Leadership Series’ and ‘Presenting with Passion and Impact,’ the nationally recognised Presentation Skills Program.
